Refund policy

RationAle Brewing stands behind all of its products, and our goal is for our customers to be happy. We do not accept physical returns of our beer, but if for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, or your beer arrives damaged (it’s rare but it does happen), we will happily replace it immediately, or otherwise provide you with a full refund. Please contact us at brews@rationalebrewing.com with any questions or concerns about your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right. We also very much appreciate any and all feedback you want to share with us about our product or your shopping experience, to help us improve!

Refunds
If a replacement product does not resolve the issue, we can provide you with a refund, automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
